About
cut the
crap.
kutdakrap publishes a small number of limited-edition prints from Amsterdam. The work runs through Dutch and Amsterdam visual memory — canal houses, still-life, sea creatures, car wrecks, kissing mouths — filtered through the language of 1970s European editorial collage.
Each piece is a numbered edition of 25, printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm. Prints are signed, stamped, and shipped flat-packed with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
process.
Source images are made with generative tools — primarily Midjourney — then composed, refined, and upscaled by hand for print. The use of AI is part of the work, not hidden behind it. What you buy is a single, numbered edition: a finite object, signed, on archival paper. That's the whole pitch. No bullshit.
the collection.
18 pieces across 5 series: Hollands (3) — Amsterdam, polders, mills. Stilleven (4) — Dutch table. Beesten (4) — beasts and birds. Crash (5) — collisions. Mond (2) — mouths, lips. A tight first wave rather than a large catalogue. The aim: make a small number of well-made objects you'll want to live with.
